San Diego - update

Things have been going on between yes, this is going to happen! and I'll never be going to San Diego! for quite a while. Just last week I was finally convinced that things would be moving forwards and now I'm back to this is not going to happen mood, because of some developments I just heard today. Things requiring lawyers on I won't say anything more about the problem, just this: Problems which require several parties (in my case at least 6) to agree on a legally binding contract are desperately tricky.
